Returns online.
Send your item with a prepaid shipping label that we’ll email to you so you can print it at home.
Don’t have a printer? Show your QR code at an eligible USPS or FedEx location and they will print a shipping label for you.
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days and refunds will be available within 3-5 business days of processing.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to look after our customers – our philosophy is to treat them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they will treat us fairly. We request a refund for the bid used to purchase the returned item. If we choose to provide a refund and no sales record is available, we will ask you to provide proof of personal identification and will provide a refund at the current price of the jewelryhat.com gift card.
Need to return it? We no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your own prepaid label, get a QR code to use at an eligible USPS or FedEx location, or return items in store. Please be sure to pair the item with the correct packaging and labeling. Items sent to us in error, incorrectly labeled, or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned to you or refunded.
We now offer eligible returns on jewelryhat merchandise. Items purchased on jewelryhat or jewelryhat.com are not eligible for return to the jewelryhat.com store.
